It doesn't mean bad. It means inert.
How to use it

- ✦Great for: rest, routine, admin, editing, meditation, decluttering, sleeping in.
- ✦Neutral: most daily life. You don't have to freeze — just don't expect fireworks.
Void periods can last minutes or over a day. Most decent ephemeris apps and calendars flag them.
Why it works (or seems to)
Theories vary. The traditional view is that the Moon carries the flow between planets, and when it isn't carrying anything, nothing propagates. The psychological reading is that decisions made in low-energy interstitial periods tend to lack follow-through anyway.
Either way, it's cheap to test. Watch void Moons for one lunar cycle and see whether your launches, pitches, and asks land differently.
